A distance Reiki session is a beautiful opportunity for healing and balance. To make the most of your one-hour session, here are some suggestions:

Create a Peaceful Space

Find a quiet, comfortable spot where you can relax without interruptions for the full hour.

Enhance the space with soft lighting, candles, crystals, or calming essential oils if desired.

Silence your phone and minimize any other distractions.

Set Your Intention

Hydrate Beforehand

After the Session

Take your time to transition back into your day.

Avoid driving immediately after, as you may feel deeply relaxed or in a meditative state. Give yourself at least 15–20 minutes to ground.

Drink plenty of water to help your body process and integrate the energy shifts.

Take a moment to journal or simply sit in gratitude for the healing received. You may feel lighter, more balanced, or notice subtle shifts over the next few days.
